Refund & Cancellation

Important: All purchases on Speed Index are non-refundable. Credits are consumed at the point of URL submission and the action cannot be reversed. Please read the full policy below before purchasing.

1. No Refund Policy

Speed Index operates on a strictly no-refund basis. All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable once completed.

This policy exists because our service is credit-based and all credits are immediately available for use upon payment confirmation. The nature of URL submission means the service is rendered at the moment of use.

2. How Credits Work

All purchases on Speed Index are credit-based:

  • 1 credit = 1 URL submission to Google's Indexing API
  • Credits are immediately available after payment is confirmed
  • Credits never expire — use them at any time
  • Once a URL is submitted, the credit is consumed and cannot be restored or refunded

3. Non-Reversible Actions

Once a URL submission is made:

  • The crawl request has been sent to Google's API
  • The action cannot be reversed, cancelled, or undone
  • The credit used for that submission cannot be restored

We strongly recommend submitting a small batch of 2–3 URLs first to verify results before submitting in bulk.

4. Indexing Outcomes

Indexing success depends on your website's content, quality, technical health, and Google's systems. Speed Index only facilitates crawl requests — we do not control indexing outcomes.

Credits are charged for the submission action itself, not for guaranteed indexing results. No refunds will be issued on the basis of a URL not being indexed by Google.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider account credit adjustments (not cash refunds) in cases of:

  • Verified technical errors on our platform that prevented a submission from being processed
  • Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed payment processing error

To raise such a case, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with full details. We do not consider requests beyond this window.

6. Cancellations

Speed Index has no subscription plans. There is nothing to cancel. You simply stop purchasing credits when you no longer wish to use the service. Any unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely.
