In plain English: Speed Index helps your pages get discovered by Google faster by submitting crawl requests via the official Indexing API. We cannot guarantee your pages will be indexed — that decision belongs entirely to Google. By using our service you accept this.

1. About Our Service

Speed Index provides a URL submission service that assists search engines in discovering web pages faster. We do this by submitting crawl requests to Google's official Indexing API on your behalf.

Our service only initiates crawl requests. We do not control, influence, or manipulate Google's internal indexing decisions in any way.

2. No Guarantee of Indexing

We do not guarantee that submitted URLs will be indexed by Google. Final indexing depends entirely on:

  • Google's algorithms and internal systems
  • The quality and relevance of your website content
  • Compliance with Google's Webmaster Guidelines
  • Your website's authority and technical health
  • Whether the page is accessible to Google's crawlers

By using our platform, you agree that indexing results may vary and are outside our control.

3. Credits & Usage

Speed Index operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 URL submission. Credits are consumed at the point of submission, regardless of whether Google ultimately indexes the page.

Credits never expire. There are no subscription fees. You pay only for what you use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Speed Index to submit URLs that:

  • Contain illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • Are part of spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
  • You do not own or have permission to submit

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Google API Compliance

Speed Index uses Google's official Indexing API. By using our service, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service. The Indexing API is designed for pages with structured data such as JobPosting or BroadcastEvent. Use for other content types is at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Speed Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue resulting from Google's indexing decisions.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Speed Index after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
